Silver Fox 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label is from Paso Robles, California USA. The wine was aged in Stainless Steel for 2 years. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon that is unoaked. It is a blend of two vineyards in Paso Robles, California USA. Flavors of blueberry, licorice and raspberry are experienced both on the nose and palate. This Cabernet is great with red meat such as steaks, roast beef and beef stews as well as pork dishes.

 

 

Silver Fox 2005 Merlot was aged in Oak barrels and is from Paso Robles, California USA. Unveiled are black cherry, currant, plum, and wild berries in your mouth. It is delightful integrated with hints of caramel, smoke, and toast. It is complex, rich, and is well-balanced. This Merlot is very elegant. It will go well with beef, pork and stews, and red pasta sauce. Merlot is great just by itself to relax with.

 

 


Silver Fox 2006 Sauvignon Blanc was aged in Stainless

Steel for one year, California USA. This Sauvignon Blanc is rich with layers of Granny Smith Apple, lemon-lime grass, gooseberry, grapefruit, and spice. Flavors are also wrapped with delightful mineral notes. It is complex, rich, and fresh, with an explosion of fruit that is extremely well-balanced. It has great depth, with a silky texture, balanced acidity and a clean, crisp finish. Silver Fox 2006 Zinfandel has a hint of Oak and is from Paso Robles, California, USA. There are lots of fruit with hints of spice in this Zinfandel. Cherry, plum, currant and wild berries lay across the palate. It is delightfully integrated with caramel, a hint of smoke, and toast. It is well defined and has great depth and a nice texture.  It will go well with beef, pork and stews, mildly spiced, as well as very spicy dishes. Zinfandel goes well with barbecued meats.

 

 

Silver Fox 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Red label, California USA, has a great oak component in its flavor profile. It is rich with hints of lavender, violet, and rose pedal. Fruit such as black cherry, currant, plum, and wild berries, are all present. It is delightfully integrated with a little caramel, smoke, and toast. It is complex, rich, as well as being well balanced. Beef, pork and stews are all great with this Cabernet Sauvignon. But wait until you try it with steaks.
